Axìa Coaching is the project through which I help individuals and organizations discover, develop, and leverage their talents and skills — turning them into tangible, sustainable results.

With 20 years of experience in organizational psychology, my career began in Italy and Switzerland before I spent 11 years in Australia and New Zealand. I specialize in executive coaching and in designing strategies and programs to identify, develop, and empower leaders and professionals.

 

Now based in Italy, I work with both Italian and international companies as an organizational psychologist and learning & development consultant, while also operating privately as a certified ICF mental and career coach. I have facilitated over 800 hours of career and leadership coaching, supporting clients to gain greater clarity, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and professional fulfillment.

My approach is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and the use of validated tools for psychometric assessments, selection, and development.
