Terms of Use

Services Provided

Axìa Coaching provides professional coaching and organizational development services to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Offerings may include, but are not limited to, individual coaching, leadership development, group workshops, and skills management consulting. All services are tailored to the client’s specific needs and delivered in accordance with the agreement established at the start of the engagement. While we are committed to delivering high-quality support, specific results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on the client’s active participation and commitment.

Client Responsibility

Clients must agree to the terms and expectations at the start of the engagement by signing a coaching agreement or consulting contract. Coaching clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time, come prepared, and complete any agreed-upon activities between sessions to maximize results. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the process. Open communication is essential—please inform us of any issues or concerns as soon as they arise.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the billing schedule outlined in the collaboration agreement. Invoices will be sent electronically, and payment is to be made via credit card or another agreed digital platform within 8 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled or legal action for debt recovery.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full, except in cases of emergency. If Axìa Coaching must cancel or reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible, except in emergencies. Prepaid packages are non-refundable; however, unused sessions may be rescheduled within 3 months, subject to availability.

Limitations of Liability

While Axìa Coaching is committed to delivering the highest standards of coaching and consulting, we cannot be held responsible for specific outcomes or for any actions taken by clients based on the advice or services provided. Our services do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance in these areas. Any liability on the part of Axìa Coaching is limited to the amount paid for the services provided, as outlined in the “Scope of Services” above.

Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
